SPEC’s ambition is to leverage its engineering, process, and fabrication expertise in the Operated O&G arena.
SPEC has participated in several international license rounds and M&A bidding processes in Romania, Tunisia, Pakistan, Sudan, and Yemen and evaluated several opportunities in former CIS.
SPEC looks primarily for existing fields where it believes it can leverage its engineering and facilities expertise to enhance production and resource utilization (i.e. flared gas, condensate, and LPG).
It seeks near-field exploration opportunities in challenging environments where its experience and network enables it to move rapidly in evaluating and exploiting lower-risk prospectively.
